Hot Sauce – My Sriracha

This is by far the hottest of the custom hot sauces I make. The heat is made possible by some special peppers I grow from seeds sent to me from India.

Smoking Carrot Hot Sauce

One of the few good things that came out of 2020. If you like hot sauce you need to try this one. It’s paced with flavor that balances smoke, sweet and spice.

Mexican Pickled Onions

So easy and delicious they are good on just about any salad, sandwich or meal. The Designer Diner always keeps them on hand.

Spicy Mustard

Made in the same jar it’s stored in, this spicy mustard is well balanced, not too spicy and so, so, so easy. I use a quality sherry in mine instead of white wine. I think it adds more depth as so many whites are green and fruity. Its very similar to a Dijon.
